Inward is designed to help you reflect on:
the person you are today,
the choices that have helped build that person,
and the actions that can help you thrive into the future.
The Inward journey prompts you to rate your wellbeing on a series of questions,
using a slider scale.
After each question, you'll have the opportunity to journal any
Memories,
Actions,
Choices,
or strands of thought
that prompted your rating.
You'll then have the option to record any actions you're planning in the future, to keep building the best version of your self.

After you've completed the full set of questions, you can view your historical scores on each question, to track your progress over time.
You can review your historical written reflections from previous entries, and set reminders for any actions into the future.
